sore when waking up

Has anyone else experienced this? I sleep on my side with a pillow between my legs and when I wake up the inside and outside of my hips hurt. I have to wait a few minutes and try to move very slowly to stretch out or else it hurts way too bad. What is happening?

Not just you. I liked to sleep on my stomach but my hubby is a cuddler so I slept on my side a lot. I've been sleeping on my side regularly since the beginning of my pregnancy and since my bump has become more prominent I have lower back and hip pain which is normal but it suc ks either way.

If your having pain in the groin area its because of the horomone relaxin that separates your pelvis preparing you for birth. I have severe pain because of this. I can barely walk some days. It won't get better till the baby comes

I'm always sore all over. Especially my thighs, inner legbmuscles right up against my groin, my back, my stomach underneath the bump and on top. Sore and achy and stiff. And it's so bad when I lay on our couch. No idea why.

I wake up sore just about every morning. It's not too bad though. Usually my lower back, lower stomach, and pelvic area. Sometimes my butt bone too.

I'm almost 30 weeks and it seems like EVERYTHING wakes up sore now! I use a wedge pillow under my stomach and a pillow in between my legs. But all those aches and pains come with pregnancy we just have to make it work somehow!
