Try Colace, it is also the stool softener most hospitals give women after delivery. It works wonders!
My dr also recommended Colace. Ive had to take it a few times during pregnancy and it really helped.
Try prunes ..or black coffee
Or get a enema for ur b.u.t.t that will deff make u go...
Hot prune juice always works for me
If you think you prenatals are contributing to your symptoms you could try the gummy prenatals you take two a day and they taste like candy which makes it better and they made my symptoms lessen
Try colace, when I switched my prenatals I was constipated and the doctor told me to take colace and it made me go to the bathroom
