When should i register at the hospital?

I didn't know I had to register.  I already been admitted to my hospital I'm giving birth at Cuz do problems with this pregnancy.  What do I have to do?

My mom was at the hospital I'm delivering at for a mammogram and they told her most women register between 5-6 months.

the package I received from my new OB said 20 weeks (I just switched OB's at 25 weeks though) so I just registered yesterday actually.. at 25w5d.. the earlier the better that way insurance & stuff will already be settled. my old OB never even mentioned anything about registering at the hospital.. so slack. another reason why I left that office! ugh, anyways..

also do it a little early just in case you have to go into labor & delivery for any other reason, they'll already have everything they need in the system.. it's easy to forget, but it's super easy.. I just called, gave them my name, a little personal info., insurance info., and that was it! ((:
