spicy foods

I heard it is bad to eat spicy food during pregnancy. Is this true?

I crave anything spicy! And I did with my other pregnancy too. She came out just five and this one is 100% healthy so far too. I've never heard anything being wrong with it. In fact, almost ALL my preggo friends crave n eat spicy foods too! All their babies are fine. If anything, like they said, you might get heartburn or in my case, severe stomach issues. Like painful runs to the bathroom but I also tend to overdue it with the hot sauce n jalapenos. Lol

besides possiably a bad case of heartburn its fine. i work at a pizza place and am always eating wings. normally just mild but it seems like my little girl likes them hot dipped in hotsauce lol. i pair it with some milk and im good to go.
