Ok thank you ladies and just realized I misspelled some words Lol trying to type fast! And I guess its because I feel guilty ): but I don't drink it very often just every now and then just want to make sure it won't have an effect on baby.

You will be fine.  Just know your caffeine limit for each day and stay within that.  Also maybe drink a decaffeinated sometimes.  My sister has to have her coffee, she is addicted, literally cant function without the caffeine.   She stayed within her limit during pregnancy which was very hard on her, and she had started lowering the amount before pregnancy knowing she wanted to get pregnant.   But she always drink the most she was allowed andhas a healthy smart 18 month old.

If you are a regular drinker of these things it is an addiction kind of and breaking an addiction cold turkey is worse on your baby than drinking it. I chose to not drink a lot of caffeine with my first but I had one cup with my second daily otherwise I was sick. This time around I am limiting but not eliminating. Small amounts are okay but like you it does speed heart rate and all of that.  Its your call really but I would say just be cautious and drink extra water to help hydrate yourself. For every cup of coffee you have to drink 2 cups of water to make up they loss of hydration.

Your caffeine intake should be limited. Just make sure you drink lots of water to try and balance things out. Also, you can order decaf if you can stand it. But 1 cup for the day is very low and ok. I know I went through a bad period of migraines from caffeine withdrawl before I became pregnant.
