Take it from someone who had her baby premature (26 weeks actually). Let him/her come when they are ready!! I saw too many 35, 36, and 37 week babies come into the NICU. The pain is temporary and you do not want to be walking to a NICU every day and leave the hospital without your child in your arms. It's the worst feeling in the world. 39 weeks is recommended for a reason.
Get yourself to a pool! No, it won't help baby come early, but it will help with the swelling and pain. After about 45 min - 1 hr in the pool, doing leg lifts, walking, floating, light swimming, the effects were incredibly helpful and made a difference in those final weeks. Unless you've lost the mucus plug or your water has broken, pool exercise is a great way to deal with the discomfort.
It will come when its ready. I'm 37 weeks and been over it since about 30 weeks too but the best place for your bub to be till at least 38 weeks is right where it is. Don't rush it. :)
