stomach gets really hard
What does it mean when one side of your stomach gets really hard? I'm 28 weeks n 4 days and my stomach has being getting really hard. Sometimes it's just one side and others it the whole stomach. Yesterday it happened almost all day nd most of the night. Has this happen to anyone else.
Braxton hicks contractions r contractions that make ur belly get really hard and tight. It feels uncomfortable at times and not painful. They come and go at random and u can't prevent them from happening as it's a natural thing ur uterus does. They're practice contractions for when the real thing happens.
Braxton Hicks are false contractions. They are there to help prepare your body for the real ones. Some women get them throughout their pregnancy while others get them during the last trimester. Its a good idea to stay hydrated and if you are having them drink 8-16oz of cold water and that should help stop them.

I get the same as you on one side. It gets so bad that it's sore too the touch and is red. I asked my doc and she said that it could be from baby pushing out. I'm 30 weeks so the baby is getting more cramped inside. She said drink cold stuff like ice water to keep her moving. Lol she said if it's your entire belly is Braxton hicks so drink a ton of water. :) ♡ good luck!

It is not the baby causing your stomache to get hard by balling up. It is braxton hicks contractions. They cause your stomache to get hard and feels like pressure. Nothing to worry about or anything they just happen and they are supposed to happen. Im pregnant for the 3rd time and im very small and i have always had a lot of those from about 12 weeks on.
Baby could be balling up drunk something cold
To me it sounds like where the baby could be rolling around.
Its just were the baby might be laying is it like pressure im 27 week and my baby has been doing that for so long now
Is there a way to stop Braxton Hicks. Do you get it from not drinking enough water? Or what's the cause of you getting Braxton Hicks.
