stool softener-exciting (lol)

I'm 11 w 4 d and got to hear that sweet heartbeat again today and this time my husband got to hear it as well! My doctor also hooked me up with zofran for nausea and some stool softener. Anybody take stool softener? I never have so I'm wondering how well it works. Gotta love pregnancy and constipation lol!

I just got them yesterday but its going to definitely be a regular thing I take, being constipated is the worst, my tummy always feels so tight and so full, I'm just all around uncomfortable. As far as the zofran, my nausea isn't that bad but we are going on a little vaca this weekend and I tend to get carsick on long drives...so that's what its for mostly.

I started taking zolfran and got super constipated! So painful. They never told me that was a side effect of the zolfran. So now I take colace twice a week! Make sure you keep up of the softners Cuz you don't want to cause a problem!

How many do you take in a day? It says take 1-3 ...I started with 1

Im on colace and it has worked wonders

I know! Lol I never really thought about it until now. I'm 11 w 5  and I look like I'm way further along lol. Im lucky to go once a week so I'm really Hoping this stuff works. My doctor gave me Colace.

I used the fleet suppositories, it worked wonders in my first trimester. :D....I was unaware of how backed up I would be. Now, I rejoice every time I go. I've learned not to take that function for granted...lol.
