Yeah i was thinking of swimming. I will have to ask my doctor reguarding the more demanding workouts.  I just dred waiting so long before working on muscles. Ill have so much catching up to do.  Hating my weight gain since i worked so hard to lose it.

I was told that i could continue any type of exercise that i was doing. But if you have taken a fair break it is best to to not resume where you left off if you were fairly active. I am in the same boat. Was running and kick boxing aerobics before baby...got exhausted took a break and now that i have energy again (18wks) i am just sticking with walking swimming and light aerobics. But i would ask your dr to be sure!
