WORRIED!! BABY HICCUPS OR NOT?! oO

Worried! I feel a thump kind of like a heart beat feels, only every 2 seconds exactly, in my lower belly. I've thought that this could possibly be hiccups? But it's too exact on the dot of every 2 seconds for about 10 min now. Are hiccups this regular? I figured with adults, when we get the hiccups, they're irregular. Maybe have one then another within 3 min.then maybe 5 min. But every 2 seconds exactly?? Is this normal?? My concern, is that if its NOT hiccups, what could it be??? It happens on the lower part of my belly. I'm 32 weeks 1 day. Baby is head down. And this is not the first or 2nd time it's happened. Any advice? :(

I asked my doctor about the hiccups (just to make sure) he confirmed that's what they were, and also said that if I did feel him jump or move it was because his own hiccups startled him, it's probably why you feel him squirming, he's just unsure of what's going on :p

Sounds like hiccups to me. My little man gets them all the time and sometimes hiccups so hard u can see my whole belly jump. He has had them for 15 minutes before and he would start squirming...they seem to upset him. :-( I feel bad every time he gets them...which seems to be quite often now.
