Baby jogger city elite! Amazing stroller. We have had it for a year and I still think it is the best purchase I have ever made. Plan to use it for baby #2 as well
I tried a few different jogging strollers with my 1st and the BOB is by far the besy! The others are ok but I personally auld splurge for the BOB.
I'm only getting the BOB jogger...A few of my friends have this and it's amazing. Expensive, but if you're only getting one, this would be the way to go.

This is great input ladies! I'm so grateful for your help and feel like I'll be able to make a better informed decision, I'm feeling less stressed about it already :)
I was thinking about getting the baby trend I didn't think it was that bad :(
I had the baby trend system and the stroller back broke right away. I was still able to use the infant seat on it. I returned it for a BOB. my chicco next fit car seat isn't removable so I don't need the whole system anymore.
I've had half a dozen different types of strollers. I whole heartedly suggest a jogging stroller. They go where anything with the small plastic wheels cannot. We basically had to drag my daughter's strollers around because of the rough terrain. With my son it has been a breeze because it is light, collapses super easily, is smaller than my daughters was by about half, and is heavily pushed around all terrain. My 1 year old likes to walk behind it and push it himself. So contrary to what others have said it isn't difficult to maneuver. The one wheel on the front can unlock to move freely or lock for jogging. I'm going to use it again for baby number 3.
I got lucky and found the Bob Revolution jogging stroller + infant seat on sale and I love it. It's super durable, very easy to push around (the easiest from all different strollers I've tried) and it is easy to fold. I love its 'bicycle' wheels that work in any terrain cause we spend a lot of time outdoors, going to parks, lakes etc. And the click system is wonderful for the infant seat.
It is expensive if you don't find it on sale though
My husband liked the baby trend and we were almost decided on that and then i took my mom to show her and test it out and of course she didn't like it, so I do feel kinda lost.
The reason I was looking into the jogging stroller was because I do need something more durable as a I live in a rural area with no paved roads are and it gets muddy and cold in the winter, would there be a better stroller for this kind of terrain as perks71 mentioned the jogging one might be hard to push, I also looked at the steelcraft brand, but I didn't know if it would durable enough or is it for people mostly who live in the city? Any opinions would be great and thanks for the input already ladies. Last thing I want to do I spend money on something that isn't gonna work for me
I have a Baby Trend Expedition jogging stroller. The infant car seat attaches too. I love it. Light weight, easy to maneuver. I use it for everything.
What's the best stroller and car seat brand?
I do know the jogging strollers are hard to push around. So unless you actually plan on jogging with it I wouldn't get it.
I'm in Australia and there's a massive difference here. The more expensive ones are lighter, easier to collapse, and have better steering as well as additional features. For my first we got the steelcraft agile plus and for this one we upgraded to the steelcraft strider compact with second seat because we can still use the same carrier which is great going from car to stroller.
