Any natural home remedies to get rid of a stuffy/congested nose??!! This is driving me crazy!!

Tylenols sinus is considered safe during pregnancy, but I know you wanted natural.  Have you tried the Nedi Pot I believe it's called?  This is supposed to be a natural way to relieve congestion.  You can buy this at your local pharmacy.

Boil some water in pan and then put vapour rubs may be a spoon.... Water should be steaming... Put towel over ur head and inhale steam... It ll help... Just like when u open pores of ur face by using facial machine..

Ive had a stuffy nose throughout the whole pregnancy and it drives me crazy! Also i breathe really deeply like someone who has a full on cold (but i dont). The midwife said its just another joy of pregnancy and to use vicks vapour rub

I would take a wash cloth steam it..in the microwave inside a ziplock bag. Let it be a little hot not burning lay down put it on ur face..try to breathe the steam in. when u stand up ur nose should clear..

I use plain saline nose spray look for something that just says moisturizing dont get afrin or something for sinuses unless your dr says ok

Euctalyptus oil in a steamy shower. Close the doors get in or just sit in the room. A few drops go a long way. I use in my humidifier as well. Works on my kids too! I'm a homeopathic mommy. Natural remedies is always my first choice!
