Yeah 10 isn't that bad. Mine was a 8 and they told me to make sure I had at least 800Mg iron in my vitamins

My dr told me it should be between a 10 and a 12.  He told me mine was barely low at 9.5 gave me iron supplements to take on top of prenatal vitamins.

The WIC nutritionist should have given you tips. Continue taking your prenatal vitamins (the gummies don't have iron). When you eat iron rich foods (meats, Nuts, beans) pair it with something high in Vitamin C (oranges, kiwi, strawberry, mango, Papya, cabbage broccoli, peppers....ect). It'll help increase the absorption of iron.  You can also take your prenatal with orange juice.   Don't drink too much milk because it can decrease the iron (they use the same pathways to be absorbed).  It's not harmful to the baby but it can be for mainly at delivery time because delivery can cause your iron to drop.
