Grilled eggplant   served with a bowl full of hearty veggies . And bread and fake butter low fat .  Earlier I had baby bananas taste better than regular bananas .

Garlic Herb & White wine marinated chicken on the grill, buttery grilled corn on the cob & red bliss potato salad made with low fat plain Greek yogurt instead of mayo. And an Apricot Almond tart for dessert. Can't wait to get home & cook.
