Pre-employment physical

Got an offer as a nurse at a hospital and have to go through pre employment physical on tuesday...i am currently 38 weeks pregnant. I'm so scared that they're gonna fail me for being pregnant. My start date isn't till December but they want to do the pre employment process now. I'm nervous and I need this job! Apparently they won't make me lift anything.. just they might think that I'm not physically capable of carrying out the job demands...

Legally they cannot discriminate based on pregnancy.  If you feel they do you can take legal action.  As it's a hospital it seems unlikely they would.  Have you asked if you can postpone for a month or so?

Wow 38 weeks, that's a little late in your pregnancy. I pray they keep you because I know how hard it is to find work.
