I've been told drinking lots of water will help. Soaking your feet and keeping them up

I've heard eating watermelon helps! It is a natural dieretic and it is recommended for pregnant women with pain in their legs/ swollen ankles and feet. Also put them up at night or whenever you can. And try to cut salt out of your diet!

you can try laying down and propping your feet up on a few pillows.

Lay down with your feet up above heart level, or try soaking them with some Epsom salt.

Is this swelling sudden and not something that has happened to you before? You should call your doctor to discuss symptoms of pre eclampsia just to be safe, especially if its sudden/painful.
