swollen feet

How do you de-swell your feet? I'm 37wks and they are constantly swollen now. It used to work putting them up but now that doesn't really help. Is it safe to get my partner to try and rub them, do you think it would maybe help with de-swelling them? Some times they feel so tight its like the skin will split!

Massage is good to get the circulation going. I have a cold shower and that helps take it down a bit too. Watch your diet and if you can't do any gentle exercise like walking or swimming to help manage it then try some stretching. In saying this im only at wk31 so mine might not be as severe as yours yet.
