Put tons of pillows under your feet to raise them high to help with the blood flow. STOP consuming foods high in sodium and salt. Drink lots of water and fruits that help with natural body flushing ex: pineapple, cucumber, strawberries, orange so or grapefruits (pineapple is the best).
