swollen feet

Just about 23 weeks and my feet are already swollen and irritating! Anything that can help for this to not happen? They are so achey and uncomfortable at the end of the day that I can't get to sleep

Swollen feet are just not fun there isn't a whole lot you can do try to elevate your feet or soak them to releif pressure personally my hubby gives them a gentle rub for me and it helps

Thank you! I definitely eat really healthy and don't eat salty foods.. I drink tons of water also.ugh!! With my first baby I didn't swell at all until the last week before I had him and I'm not even close to being done and my feet are swelling. Maybe it has to do with the heat?! I'll try keeping them up a little more. And don't worry about the typos, happens to me all the time!

Hate to break it to you but NOTHING helps. They'll tell you to avoid salty goods, drink lots of water, prop your feet up. Doesn't work. Swelling may go down overnight as you sleep but during the day they just swell up again. Definitely try and limit his much you are on your feet though throughout the day because if you overdo it they will ache like a mother!!!
