Thanks! I hope so to. 17 more weeks of swollen achy feet would be awful.
Raw honey is the best my hubby is a beekeeper.so.we have tons her but anykind will help the swelling! :-) hope it.helps you momma.
Any specific kind of honey?
Thank you! I definitely eat really healthy and don't eat salty foods.. I drink tons of water also.ugh!! With my first baby I didn't swell at all until the last week before I had him and I'm not even close to being done and my feet are swelling. Maybe it has to do with the heat?! I'll try keeping them up a little more. And don't worry about the typos, happens to me all the time!
Eat a tablespoon of honey everyday it.helps with swelling everywhere and is safe pregnant. my cus had feet so swollen she had blisters and within a wk the.honey helped :-)
Sorry for the typos, stupid auto correct.
Hate to break it to you but NOTHING helps. They'll tell you to avoid salty goods, drink lots of water, prop your feet up. Doesn't work. Swelling may go down overnight as you sleep but during the day they just swell up again. Definitely try and limit his much you are on your feet though throughout the day because if you overdo it they will ache like a mother!!!
I have heard avoiding salty foods help a little
