Wear something around ur feet that are a little tight. I see my swell when I don't wear shoes or if I wear flip flops. Just keep an eye on the swelling a well.

I'm 31+2 weeks pregnant and have that problem too. I drink lots of water and elevate my feet that seems to help (= I also have my husband rub my feet once swelling goes down.

I had that same problem especially after working a 12 hour shift. My doctor wrote me a prescription for TED hose. I wore those during the day and at night elevated my legs in pillows above my heart. Also make sure you're drinking enough water. The swelling is bc of all the extra fluid and weight you're carrying
