swollen feet

I'm 34 weeks and my feet our finally swollen. Omg they hurt lol. I thought I would be fortunate not to get that, Haha. Wishful thinking. Any advice.

My husband gives me foot massage and I elevate my feet whenever possible  it helps so much! He'll also massage my calves and it does wonders. My feet would hurt so bad I couldn't even walk

I have ankle swelling but not feet. Me & my bf call them fswankles = fat swollen ankles lol

Try soaking your feet in Epsom salt and warm water. That really helped me. And yes stay away from salt and drink lots of water, and also elevate your feet as much as you can.

Have the doc check for preeclampsia mama. I just was diagnosed and,now I have to be induced at 36+4. The only symptom I had was swollen feet

I'm 35 weeks and i have no swollen feet , try not too walk or stand so much or eat things with salt drink lots and lots of water!!! And get foot massages those are the best (:
