swollen feet...

I will be 21 weeks tomorrow and I finally got swollen feet. Not that I'm happy about it lol How long did it last for you mommas?

I got them at first (one day only) at about 27 weeks, now at 36 weeks I get them a few times a week :( depending on how much I'm on them, my fluid intake, and the temperature. Elevate them when you can.

I had it once or twice before 32 weeks and the last two weeks it's been every day thing. I'm 37weeks

My feet got swollen last week at 17 weeks. I was so shocked, and thought that I would need to be further along for that.Well I guess I was wrong. But I elevated them and the swelling went down within 30 minutes.

For me, it lasted from the second trimester till after I gave birth. Make sure u raise ur feet when you sit
