swollen feet

Im 33 weeks and my feet stay swollen and when they do go down their soar and very itchy so I'm scratching them till my feet turn red its so aggravating and I don't know wat to do. Is anyone else having this problem or had this problem before?

I have the same problem but I started drinking more water and take breaks to put my feet up and I make sure that I sleep with them up on a pillow no matter if I'm taking a nap

Ughh this is me! But I'm still working 30+ hours 8 hours a day. On my feet all day and it is really painful. My whole pregnancy was a breeze this last month is just really uncomfortable.

Drink more water it will help with the swelling and try to put your feet up periodically during the day even if it's for 5 minutes

10hrs a day for 3 day's and I'm 34+1

My feet are swollen and it take 3 day's to go back normal but I work 10hrs 3 day's I think that's why they swollen but other swollen I don't have the itching try massage.
