I did the same thing. I had symptoms right after implantation through out week 5. At week 6 I didn't feel pregnant at all now 7 weeks and it's all coming back. I have heard symptoms come and go and it's totally normal. May just be lucky few that don't have many symptoms at all.

I had the same concerns around that time. Previous to week 4 or 5 I had major breast tenderness and belly cramps. Then not much for a week or two. I'm now at week 7 and symptoms have picked up since week 6, breasts are sore again, I'm very tired all day, not sleeping well at night and I get nauseous and dizzy throughout the day!  I wouldn't stress it, you'll start getting new symptoms soon!

I didn't experience many symptoms until 8 weeks or so,  I wouldn't worry bc you're so early things will change.

You are so early you shouldn't even really have many symptoms
