I got gingivitis really bad with my last pregnancy and then terrible dry mouth in the third trimester. I'm just at 12 weeks this time and already have just as bad dry mouth. It's one of the worst things I've ever experienced because it just makes the morning sickness worse!

You need to be taking calcium supplements or it will just get worse. Andake sure every time you throw up to brush your teeth immediately after because that's bad for your teeth too.

Ask doc you may need a supplement of calcium. But yes teeth are definitely affected. Mine have been off an on threw pregnancy, haven't lost part of a tooth but the pain is there, like my teeth are moving or something.
