tension in the lower neck
Has anyone ever had really bad tension in the back of their neck it hurts so bad and has given me a headache all day I already took 4 tylenols all day and don't wanna take anymore...is there any other relief I can do? It's sore when I rub also Idk If it's because I slept wrong or what...my headache is usually on one side of my temple but right now it's in both but mainly there.
