When you get to 4 cm dilated can you tell a difference by lookint at ur own vagina does it look differnt. Jw I am at 3
I've been at 5 cm dilated fir over a month .. Every roman is different tho .. Being a Materity nurse I know slit to in active labor just at 2 cm but mostly around 4 cm
Oh girl get a sweep if ur doc will allow it u will go into labor! Ur almost half way there!
You can't tell a difference unless u check your own cervix and most the time when u hit 4cm you go into active labor but everyone and every pregnancy is different.
