20 weeks slight cramping???
Im 20 weeks along. Yesterday and today Ive had slight cramping above my pubic bone. Also a dull ache feeling. Not painful. Just enough for me to freak out! No spotting. Any thoughts? Growing pains? Stretching? Help me please!!!
My doctor said it's normal. I'm almost 22 weeks and it is stretching and round ligament pain.
I had that with my first pregnancy. Drink plenty of fluids normally its just your uterus growing but it could be a sign of not enough fluids. :) hope that helps.
