I got told by my doc that panadol and a maxalon together work wonders for headaches/migraines and that if you take it at the first sign it will help it stay at bay. I've been getting headaches for weeks that turned into migraines and the mix has so far stopped my headaches turning into a migraine.

My Dr had to put me in fioricette. He said it safefor baby and is actually the 2nd Dr in 2 separate pregnancies to prescribe it to me. Mine get very bad and begin to mess with my blood pressure bc the pain is so bad. Ask your Dr about it.

I get headaches now and again only thing that helps is cold flannel on forehead or back of neck.  Doctor said they were tension headaches caused by stress. Found out what was stressing me out and rarely get them now(turns out it was my boss stressing me out) but yes cold flannel does help me. Dark room and quiet as well.

Try peppermint or tea tree oil on your temples, inner wrists, and backs of your knees (pulse points) and a towel wrapped ice pack on the back of your neck. Drink ginger or peppermint tea and prop your feet up. I used to get horrible migraines & had bad reactions to most of the medications they gave me, but for some reason this always worked for me, every time.
