the shakes

Is anyone experiencing the shakes when they dont eat first thing in the morning. Ill wake up fine, have my morning tea or coffee even adding sugar now to see if that helps. Then the shakes begin. I eat and still feel really terrible for about an hour.im 10 weeks.

I drink 2 cups of coffee every morning (half calf).
I too had this problem along with dizziness, my iron was extremely low. I agree with above.. have a snack right before bed or in Thr middle of the night
