I was watching reruns of Dr. Phil at 4 this morning while my hubby snored beside me lol. Makes you want to bop them with a pillow doesn't it?

Ill deffo check the yoga out as I didnt sleep last night coz of the pain while hubby just slept peacefully without waking up once so I just sat up watchd we are the miller's lol.. also I remember the breathing techniques my nurse told me last tym so I try to use them aswel wn I gt braxton hicks. Dont knw if ny one else tries that
Tylenol if it's to bad. Also heat packs (just be careful not to over do them) or ice packs. Also check out pregnancy yoga on YouTube. The stretches can help and as a plus the yoga will come in handy during labor. Hope this helps.
Thanks guys. But wt cn v do to reduce the pain etc coz it gets so difficult and painfull at times I feel irritated and really angry at times I can seriously do some damage to some one or my self
They sure can..not to mention all the extra weight we carry causes us to have extra strain on our joints and muscles which causes aches and pains everywhere...its the joys of pregnancy!! ;-)
