thirsty all the time

So it just started the past few nights I wake up with dry mouth and during the day I can't get enough to drink. I'm 19w2d. Any thoughts?

You need to check your glucose levels. Its one of the major signs of diabetes.  Im a diabetic and 7 weeks pregnant with my 3rd child. I lost my first pregnancy at 14 weeks due to my uncontrolled diabetes.  Dont mean to freak you out but u should definitely check it out immediately.

that's a sign of gestational diabetes.  but I also know pregnancy makes ppl thirsty lol
