throat burns after throwing up

Hello all,
Just today I started my 8th week. I hardly ate anything. Half a cucumber and some oats cookies. And i threw up bad. After that my throat is on fire. It feels scraped and is burning a lot. I think it's acid coz I do have acidity problems. But any suggestions to help me with this would be helpful.
I dread my acidity and migraine problems.

thank you!

Yes, it's acid. Drink some milk, or eat eggs. They have a lower ph. Also, talk to your doctor or hospital about getting antacid pills. Until then, tums might help. And getting food in your stomach might help too. Milk, bread, things like that. My husband has to take an antacid everyday and avoid high acid foods like tomatoes, citrus,  vinegar, some fruits just to have a normal day without vomiting. Even tomato sauce is bad.

The 1st thing is do not eat any more cucumbers because they cause your stomach acid to get aggravated.  When you do eat you need to eat things that will keep your stomach acids from getting to aggravated like toast, pasta, crackers,  apple sauce, bananas, &  even yogurt. I have this same problem & I had to be care during my 1st couple of months of pregnancy when I had bad morning sickness.  You can try cough drops or even drink some hot tea with honey to help with your throat. I hope you feel better soon.
