throbbing?

I am 32wks 2dys and at night a feel an odd throbbing in my lower abdomen (below my belly button). It is constant and moving doesn't change it. It feels almost like a heartbeat but my little boy's head and heart are still up by my ribs. Any ideas what it could be?

He might not necessarily be head down.  Doctors aren't concerned until 36 weeks.  By then they are usually a bit to big to turn head down and tend to stay in a breech position.  So it might just be his feet

Also sounds like baby could have hiccups if its a pretty steady rhythm. :-)

Could be his feet. But he should be head down at this point.
