I'm in the same situation too, my problem is that before I got.pregnant, I was having back problem and with the spinal tap from last year, it got worse, so last week I was in pain so bad, that I couldn't even walk or pick up my 13 month old, I just tried to do as little as I could, and a lot of heating pads and tylenol, a lot

I highly recommend a heating pad! It's the only relief I can get. I've had to learn my new limits. I cannot lie down flat on my back or else I will be in a lot of pain if i try and get up. I have also been sleeping with a pillow between my legs and that has helped a lot. I have a 15 month old and my hubby works retail so I've been like a single mom so I have to learn to deal! Perks of being a momma!

I have the same problem,  usually after doing too much physical activity.  I stretch my back in the shower with hot water running over it. That helps a lot.

I am almost 31 weeks and have had the same problem for about a month. chiropractic care has helped me a lot. I haven't found anything else to help unfortunately. I also have 2 little ones (ages 2 and 3) to take care of so I feel you!
