tiny mole/wart like spots on the nipple

So my nipples are huge, but this change is recent, im ftm 26w. I have little tiny moles, the same colour as my nipples all over... what the?

I checked mine to see if i had then too after reading this lol i have similar bumps. And its strange seeing my nipples get so big lok

thanks for the reassurance ladies, good to know not to pick, I'm so itchy I would have been tempted to. But I itched my stomach and it took 2 days to heal the scratch marks so I figured itching was no longer acceptable. Now I oil or lanolin instead of itching.

I have those too...my nipple is huge too..lol...it's normal...I knw it's not pretty but it's just part of it all and only temporary:-)

Don't pick at them I did in my first pregnancy and as a result my left nipple is permanently split

I dont think its moles. They are probably tiny ducts that will help keep your nipples moist and lubed for breastfeeding. I have them too.. and omg my nipples are so big too! Lol

It is normal at least it should be. Can't see them so I am guessing it is just the spots the keep nipples moist during breastfeeding.
