More fiber in your diet will help. I eat oatmeal with chia and hemp seeds almost every day. Plenty of veggies and lots of water. It sounds like a hemorrhoid.
i do the metamucil that you mix with water - it helps. the fiber bars and gummies do not have enough fiber to make a difference.

You could have hemorrhoids or an anal fissure. Try to increase your fiber intake with high fiber foods or a supplement, minimize dairy and bananas, increase other fruits and you can even try fruit juices. Constipation is very common in pregnancy so its just a matter of finding what works well with your body to minimize it.
Unless you have a hemorrhoid, I don't think its normal.
