possible pregnancy

I have been pregnant once before and have a beautiful daughter now 2! After getting off birth control it took me 15 months to conceive her. After having her we started using withdraw method even though its not a real method. Well within the past 2 or 3 months we stopped using any methods. I had my period on Dec 14th and am regular we did our thing everyday up until the 26th. I did not have implantation bleeding with my daughter never had morning sickness heartburn nothing it was a perfect pregnancy!  Well about 8 or 9 days after ovulation I noticed pinkish blood spots only after wiping after urination this happened 3 days in a row roughly 10 drops total. And for two days I have been having heartburn and constipation I know tmi. But anybody have any thoughts does it sound promising? I only question because I didn't have any of these symptoms first time around.
