Hey ladies.. I am 36+4 and was wondering if any of you guys have any tips for helping mg cervix along as I really don't want to have to be induced .. Thanks in advance.. x

Primerose oil is said to help soften the cervix sex Iis also ananother option the sperm has a acid that I cant remember how to spell, but they use it to soften the cervix in hospitals. But me and my hubby get intimate as much as I can and I started losing my mucus plug and having contractions, im 35+5. O know there are some other ones but o hear and have used these in the pasy and they helped. Gpod luck
