Painful leg cramps

Im 37 weeks and 2 days pregnant and I have been having some painful left cramps. They get worse at night and its beginning to interfere withme ggetting my rest. Any help or suggestions that will help me with this????

Increase natural calcium intake. Also look for exercises online that help ease the cramps. There are some very easy ones available. Try to consciously not stretch your legs while sleeping (I know it feels good esp. if you are tired). You will notice that the cramps come when you stretch too much so try to avoid it. That may be my problem. While im at home I don't wear shoes. Thanks for that info.

dont walk barefoot either i used to do it all the time and i stopped and their gone

Me too! Try drinking more water, or getting more potassium. Bananas are a good source if you're already taking prenatal vitamins.
