Increase natural calcium intake. Also look for exercises online that help ease the cramps. There are some very easy ones available. Try to consciously not stretch your legs while sleeping (I know it feels good esp. if you are tired). You will notice that the cramps come when you stretch too much so try to avoid it. Me too! Try drinking more water, or getting more potassium. Bananas are a good source if you're already taking prenatal vitamins.
