I used an app called get baby, it calculates wen ur most fertile & wen ur more likely to conceive a boy or girl! Thas y I used it, I have 2 boys now lol but I was pregnant within one month of trying!! Still not sure on the sex tho as only 10w! Good luck :)
I was using the ovulation kit at first, but found that it was a bit more disappointing if we didn't fall pregnant after tracking ovulation and thinking we had sex on the right days. Then we just forgot about tracking ovulation and on the second month we were pregnant. We probably tried for about 6 months in total.
I used a period tracker app, after a while I used ovulation tests as well-and they matched up with the apps estimated ovulation days. It took me and my husband a year to concieve. So if you don't get pregnant right away, don't lose hope.
Hi Everyone,
MedHelp does indeed have several option that can help you track your cycles to assist in getting pregnant.
We have an ovulation tracker that can be used on MedHelp. The link to it is here:

www.medhelp.org/user_trackers/gallery/ovulation
We also have apps for Apple products (iPhone, iPad, etc.) and Android phones. They are MyCycles and MyCycles +. A link to those is here:

Hope this helps!!

Yup get an app so you can figure it out. There are several factors that determine just when your date is and the app will calculate it for you (roughly).
I used an app called period tracker
I think they have a site on here you can track and it give you estimate of when you will ovulate. I always used mymonthlycycles.com
I cheated and used an ovulation test kit when we were TTC our first one. It truly did work. This time around, I used an app that I was able to track my cycles and it told me when I was ovulating. It worked for us. Good luck!
