What is the best  thing to  eat after a glucose  test?

Palla2014, no worries I didn't pass my 2 hour either, has to take my 3 for and everything was within normal limits except my 2nd hour was a little high. They just have me monitoring.

I just took my glucose test today and didn't pass. So there goes my breakfast. :( have to go back for the 3 hour test. Now I'm more concerned about what to eat :(

I drank a bunch of water and went took a nap! I felt so icky after I didn't even want to think about food. My sister is pregnant as well and she was finE with an apple. just depends on the momma :)

I took it a couple of days ago. It was two hours fasting test. After the test, I ate cheese and bread but that didn't help. So, I had 2-3 pieces of grain cracker & it worked. I would suggest you to take some cracker and water. Of course later on some good filling meal (nothing sweet). Good luck!

I went to subway and had a black forest ham aND turkey breast on wheat toasted with tons of veggies
