I think it depends what state! My doc said I had to be 25 and have 2 kids that's why I didn't get it last time so this time I'm 28 and having my second!
It also depends on your situation and really is something you need to ask your Dr. My sister had her tied do to medical reasons after her 1st kid at 23. Now my Dr wont do it at all (no matter the situation) l have to go elsewhere and I'm 25 and this is my 2nd.
