I take whatever I need to be honest I use 500 but am upping them bc they arent working....getting heart burn after everything and I wake couple times in middle of night almost needing to vomit cuz the acid comes up, and I sleep elevated. Im 34/3....also going to try liquid stuff to see if any better

You could add lemon to your water and that helps with heartburn. Peppermint is a good way to help however it can reduce milk.

Have you tried Pepcid? Tums have extra calcium which can constipate you. I took Pepcid throughout my pregnancy and my daughter is healthy as can be! And, I might add, she does not have much hair so the old wives tale is just that. ;)
