I have starbucks every now and again and my baby is just fine.  My first one came very healthy and nothing wrong and I craved coffee almost weekly. And just keep your feet elevated, drink water and have someone rub your feet for the ankles :)

They say you can have 200 MG's of caffeine or two regular coffees a day without harming baby (but I try to stay much lower and not everyday) and I'm due in 12 days with a very happy healthy baby boy so I'd say your two sips are perfectly fine. As far as the swelling, stay off your feet if possible, prop them up higher than your heart and drink lots of water to flush that fluid out. Also you can try to cut back on sodium wherever possible... The swelling only gets worse so good luck. I'm swollen up to my knees now
