tylenol

With this pregnancy i have been having lots of back pain and head aches. I use a heating pad, take walks and stretch and akso take tylenol when needed. I know tylenol is safe to take, but how much is too much? Does anyone know? I seem to take one or two every 3-4 days. I have a dr appt this week, so will check for sure...but until then what are your thoughts?

I've been taking extra strength Tylenol for my migraines and have had to take 2 every 4-6 hours as needed and my baby is fine.

The dosage info should be on the back of the package (but of course, that's for non-pregnant people)...

Have you tried a pregnancy belt? I had a lot of pain and a girl friend recommended it and I wear it every day now.  Definitely buy one in the store instead of online because the sales clerk should help you put it on and may let you try a few out before you buy (and you can wear it around the store, too). I also bought a belly band to wear underneath because some women posted online that it was itchy.
