I have the cold, and my doc told me to take tylenol cold and flu ONCE a day.
Tylenol is fine, personally I'd make a point of not taking it more than a couple days in a row before trying to see a doctor, but I'm a bit of a worrier when it comes to medicine and baby.
Tylenol? Yes its safe both regular and extra strength just follow the dosing guide on it.
