I got a severe upper respiratory infection at the beginning of my pregnancy months ago (I also have asthma) and had to get on antibiotics, use my inhaler, etc. I didn't want to take anything but my doctor assured me it was all safe and didn't want me to get pneumonia and also said it's better to use my inhaler than be lacking oxygen for me and my baby. Everything I read says it's safe too.

I Have Severe Asthma and Both My OB And Allergist Has Assured Me That The Inhaler Is Safe To Use During Pregnancy. They Both Say It's Much Better For The Baby To Be Getting A Good Supply Of oxygen Than For You To Be Suffering. My Advice Is To Take Your Inhaler. Of Course, You Can Always Call The Doc If You Are Unsure. Hope It Gets Better For You Soon.
