too early for leg cramps?!

I'm only 6+ weeks peegnant. It's too early for leg cramps, isn't it??!

I always thought it meant calcium deficiency... maybe that's when you get the leg spasms...

Yes if ur legs are cramping this early it's because u are malnutritioned. Eat some bananas u need protein and potassium. I'm 22 weeks and went thru the same buy i was very nauseas my whole 1st trimester now my nutrients r back leg cramps have stopped. .. for now lol

I just started getting them (28 weeks) but every one is different. Like said above, potassium should help and drink way more water!

No i got them early try to increase your iron intake and potassuim that seems to help
