I know the feeling. Im 31 weeks. Sunday we went out of town to do some shopping and we went to probably 6 stores, including a descent size mall. I tryed on clothes, and walked a TON. The next day, my freaking groin hurt sooooooo bad, it felt like every muscle under my belly button, hip bone to hip bone had been pulled. A agree with a warm bath and lay down.

Omg! Try a warm bath or even shower. To relax you. I have taken two tumbles while prego one at 19wks and one last wkend and am now 25wks. I was also soar for a couple days. I would call my dr. just to tell them. I went in for a visit when I fell the first time everything was fine. Hope you feel better♡tske it easy try to relax♡ I didn't fall on my belly I was able to catch myself.
